we were greated by a very pleasant lady (janette) she gave us time to explain what we wanted and showed us options. she was very knowledgeable about the products and very patient with us as we were in there for couple of hours. overall a very good experience which I will convey to friends and family.

Denise was very friendly and approachable, but not too pushy when compared with other stores. She made us feel at ease and placed our order quickly. She even made us a coffee while we waited! Such a lovely touch and a lovely woman to deal with.

normally when you walk into a showroom there is an assistant pouncing/hounding you straight away . I didn’t feel like that here. The staff acknowledge us then left us until we asked for assistance .
