Popped into store not really intending to buy that day but the service and advice we were given made us happy to make a decision there and then. The knowledge and attitude of the staff were second to none.

I felt i was listened to and my needs assessed and i shown mattresses suitable for my needs that were around my budget. I was offered a hor drink and helped with everything including to my car with my purchase. The salesperson was very pleasant and easy to understand. He was able to answer my questions and tried matresses too with the correct pillow.

Excellent experience. Was listened to by Graham re my needs and budget and guided to an excellent mattress for health and pocket. Very high quality customer care, explaining everything about mattresss, offers, free cover and insurance which i bought. I was offered a warm drink too.

The experience was very relaxed and friendly so made the purchase easy and with no pressure. The deal we got was good so overall great..

Quick and easy service with a good choice of products.

When I entered the store I was met by a very pleasant member of staff who was both professional and friendly. Graham asked me what type of product I was looking for and if I had any special requirements. He advised me of the various products which met my requirements and encouraged me to try these out in the store. I was so impressed with both his vast product knowledge and the fact that he did not pressure me to make a decision there and then (as I would have walked out and bought elsewhere). I had some shopping to do and returned to the store 20 minutes later to place my order and arrange delivery. Graham was very attentive without being pushy and asked if I had any further questions or concerns before completing the sale and clearly explained each step of the delivery process. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received and was made to feel like a valued customer from the moment I entered the store.

Found the store easily after using the store locator on Google. The shop had a good variety of products to choose from and the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable.
