Susan was extremely helpful explaining everything clearly about the bed we purchased and the different mattresses available Very friendly and courteous made our visit to purchase our bed from dreams a pleasurable experience.thank you

Spent a good 30minutes helping us with trying out mattresses making sure we had the most comfortable one. Offered us a drink while we went through everything and even helped us with pillows, I’m very picky with pillows so was probably a pain but he did not show frustration

On our visit to Dreams we experienced very friendly and accommoding staff. They helped us find what we were looking for. We did go elsewhere for a comparison but could not find anything to better what we chosen or the assistance we experienced

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the beds on show. We weren't rushed to make a choice she spent a lot of time with us. When we were about to pay we got a cup of coffee and there was no attempt to hurry us out of the store.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received. The assistant in the store Graham was extremely helpful and friendly. He offered us a coffee and explained everything fully that we needed to know. He was very friendly and make the experience quick and easy

Very helpful and friendly assistance by in particular two members of staff. One member is named Susan. I do not have the name of her colleague. Both offered drinks and assistance.
