We were met by a very friendly and knowledgable assistant. There was no pressure selling . We decided to go ahead and order a mattress and the assistant named Graham from the Gateshead retail park went through all terms and conditions he is a credit to your company

We visited the store to look at a possible purchase of a single bed for our granddaughter who is three. on other occasions elsewhere, we found that the level of customer service often declines dramatically when you are looking for a budget option. Not so at Dreams! Graham greeted us, asking if we needed any help. He was polite, professional, well informed and knowing this was for a young child was ready to offer advice and an objective opinion. This helpfulness even continued despite the knowledge that we were not going to make a purchase that day. Having discussed the options with my daughter we returned to the store the following day to buy the bed and mattress. Again Graham greeted us, offered us a seat and coffee and took some details. We were impressed with the 8 year cover for the mattress and thought it very good value for money. The pillows too were a helpful suggestion and we were delighted to find that delivery would be this week. We value customer service above anything else and yours is excellent, thankyou.

We visited the store based on feedback from others and were initially only interested in checking out the store and its content. The basis for this was our current plan to replace our pillows and duvet (due to my recent found feather/dust mite allergy experience), with the aim of also replacing our existing mattress, which was long overdue. However, due to the valuable assistance provided by the stores representative Graham, we actually decided to proceed with our planned purchase of a replacement mattress, quilt and pillows there and then. The help and guidance that Graham provided was invaluable and provided in a non-pressure way, which made deciding on our possible options that much easier to make. All in in this was a very satisfying experience based mainly on the very wide range of beds and mattresses that Dreams had available in their store and the genuine help provided by Graham in homing in on what was the best permutation of mattress and pillow for each of us.
