We were well treated by an assistant who was very up to date with products. The assistant made us feel valued.

There was a great selection of beds, and they were clearly labelled. Denise was very friendly and attentive and she really helped us make our decision while also giving us the time and space to look through the shop ourselves. We got really great deal on the mattress and were very happy that we could delay delivery to when the bedroom is going to be ready.

Denise made our visit to the store very relaxing she helped us choose the correct mattress and pillows by lying on different mattresses and trying different pillows there was no pressure what's so ever . We were offered a tea and then we were left to browse the beds as we had an idea of what we were looking for . We chose the bed with the tv at the bottom of the bed . Denise then took us over to finish our transaction and she was very helpful .

I visited the team valley store Gateshead after seeing the fantastic offers on your Tv advert, aftear being in the store a short while browsing, a sales assistant came over to assist, Denise asked exactly what we were looking for so she could guide us around the beds and mattresses that would suit us, the vast choice was amazing, the base was the easy part, a Therapur glide base, I didn't realise the mattress would be so difficult, again Denise's product knowledge was outstanding, after choosing a final 2, we choose the Therapur 300K, Denise was brilliant when it came to pillows, I lost count how many I tried but the blueberry and duck feather were my choice, duvet, mattress protector were added, brilliant deal, absolutely outstanding service, thank you Denise

Assistance was there if needed, but they gave me space and time to have a look around by myself, they were not in your face. The staff were very friendly, explained everything in detail, and I got a free coffee while making the purchase. You don't get that a lot!

Rachel from team valley store was amazing today. She was very welcoming with a friendly smile. She asked me what i was looking for an pointed me in the right direction. She allowed me to try several beds that she thought were suitable to my needs. She then gave managed to find me a fantastic deal.
