Great customer service without being pushy. Great choice of products and price range.

From the minute I walked into the shop, the lovely Denise was there to give us her advise and help with finding the perfect mattresses for me and my little boy, full of chat and a lovely latte later we left having ordered everything that we needed and at a great price too. Thanks again Denise.

The Sales Assistant Denise was friendly, polite and courteous. She gave my wife and I time to browse, saying she was there if we needed further help. When we enquired further, she was most helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the different types of Ottoman bed we were looking for. On this occasion, about two months ago we were not ready to buy and needed more time to consider so we left. She did not pressurise us. This is one of the reasons why, a few days ago my wife and I returned to the store. Denise was again most helpful and respectful. This time we were ready to buy and Denise took us through all the paperwork, ensuring we understood what was involved. Overall we were impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness of Denise, as well as the quality and choice in store.

I’m a disabled customer Rachel was my assistant both her and her colleague were very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a mattress as well as the base and took a while to choose, I cannot say this enough nothing was a problem for them. They were also very friendly which made me feel at ease, also offered us tea and coffee which I thought was brilliant. Before everything went through I was offered a half price quilt and pillows, als a free mattress protector which I gratefully accepted

because the whole process went so smoothly it was like a dream

Staff were very good cheerful friendly understood there products and my requirements I was also offered refreshments and plenty of time devoted to my needs

Saw 2 members of staff over 2 visits to the store both times product knowledge and helpfullness was excellent without being pushy or insincere which I dont enjoy when looking to buy anything.
