Staff member (Joanne) was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we tried out various beds and contemplated our options.

The person, who served us we're very friendly and went above and beyond with the service. He has printed very useful info for us, explained the sale and return process and answered all my questions about the product.

Denise let me try as many beds as I wanted she also let me carry my pillow with me she talked me through everything but never once did she push for a sale I felt totally at ease and relaxed it was a lovely experience

Was greeted as soon as I entered the store and each member of staff that I spoke to was very friendly and had a great sense of humour. Was very comfortable in there .

We were immediate.y recognized as customers and the service was excellent with no pressure to Choose anything we did not want !

Sales rep was very helpful both employees in store were really pleasant towards up and our 3 crazy kids

Fantastic sales assistant (Joanne) understood my needs and was able to show me suitable products. I had children with me, didn't go to buy anything there and then but she was really helpful I felt confident to purchase without consulting my husband. She was accommodating with the children and made the experience a lot less stressful than I anticipated.

Found exactly what I was looking for, an ottoman bed with tv, in the colour I wanted too, with the aid of Susan who was very friendly, highly knowledgeable about the product and quick in sorting the order. Very pleased with the service( the same quality of service my parents received when they ordered their new bed in June). Would highly recommend this particular store.

The store assistant Joanne was very good and took the time to go around the store and try a number of items, even bringing a pillow to try and lie on them. Whilst I ended up paying out more than I expected and had wanted to the store experience was excellent and the customer service was great

I came into store to look for a new mattress I'd no idea how many different types that can be purchased The store assistant Joanne was fabulous she explained in great detail about the different types and showed me and my daughter at least 6 different mattresses and helped me pick the correct one We tried for the 0% credit for 9month but unfortunately I wasn't excepted but baring in mind the back pain iv been having I still bought my dream mattress which I'm awaiting delivery
