Dreams - Gateshead

From entering the store the staff were very friendly but not pushy which is great even got offered a coffee. I told two of the staff my requirements and were very understanding of what I needed. I was taking around by graham and found a mattress which suited my needs and found one in my price range. The price was really good a ended up buying a base for it. It took no time at all to book for delivery and pay. Very satirised

Myself and my partner are opening a B & B in the New Year and it was very important to us to find the perfect beds and mattresses with storage to enable our future customers to have a good night sleep. We spoke to Susan who assisted us as I explained what it was we were looking for and what our needs were. We bought 2 beds 1 King size and 1 Super King size along with 2 gel therapur mattresses, 6 x Tempur Cloud Bubble cover pillows, fitted sheets, mattress protectors and pillow cases all with Susan's kind help and knowledge. It made our shopping so much easier Susan showing us around and helping mix and match which bed frames and headboards to buy and I already had in mind the colour type we were looking for to match our bedrooms. Myself and my partner are due to marry in 2020 and it was always my dream to marry in a castle and have my fairytale wedding come true. The reason we came to Dreams for our beds was because of my dream wedding the name itself inspired me. We would like to thank Susan again and her manager for helping us out the best they could. the member of staff (Graham) was very knowleadgeable on the products. As I told him I had a back problem, he directed me to mattress that would suit my back. I tried 3 or 4 mattresses he suggested. I was unsure because laying a few minutes on a mattress, wouldn't really tell me if it will be any good, he told me I have 30 days, and if its not any good I can swap it for another one. which put my mind at ease.

I have been looking for a bed for a few months as I have just bought a house which is nearly complete. The other bedshops I had visited were very pushy. I had found other beds online elsewhere but I did find this one with dreams which I was interested in so I thought I would go and visit the shop as I like to see something before I buy it, especially with spending a lot of money. When I walked into dreams It was a lovely experience, I didn’t feel pushed into anything at all. I was asked if I wanted a coffee which was amazing. The lady Susan who helped me was amazing and helped me so much, I only wanted a bedframe but left with a really lovely mattress to go with it aswell at a reasonable price, Susan took my affordability into account and found me something which was perfect for me at the right price. There was another lady working there aswell who was having a lovely chat with me aswell, everyone got involved and it had a lovely ‘family feel’ about it, the staff all worked well as a team and you can tell they all get on well with each other which was great. Very happy staff.

We went to dreams knowing which bed we wanted but wanted to double check we liked it 'in the flesh' before ordering. We also wanted a new mattress but didn't know where to start, my husband has back pain so this was quite important for us. Jonathan was hugely helpful in getting us the perfect mattress - we tried many out with pillows and can't wait to receive our new bed and mattress at the weekend. We didn't know where to start or what to look for with regards to mattresses, however we left feeling fully informed and that we had picked the best option for us. The pillows are already in use and are great! The icing on the cake was how quickly it could get delivered, 6 days, as the online date estimate for the bed was early december, so this was a pleasant surprise. All in all, a great experience, its a shame we won't need to do it again for 16 years!
