Very happy, kind and helpful staff. Made my visit easy and comfortable. I was able to order everything needed and have a delivery date suited for myself.

The welcome we received was absolutely superb. Denise was very understanding with our needs,and explained our options and showed us around the beds that would suit us. She was brilliant. We saw Denise earlier in the year when we were looking for a bed for our disabled grandson, she was very understanding of his requirements and went above and beyond our expectations. This is the reason we went back to Dreams.

Denise was fabulous. Great product knowledge, took her time and asked lots of questions to understand what kind of mattress I needed. Great advise on helping to narrow options down and was very patient when I was deciding. Wonderful member of staff. I will be telling my friends about my great experience!

On entering the store it was well layed out , greeted by a friendly lady named Denise, she was busy with another customer , but assured me she would attend to me when finished , which I was happy to look around , was offered a hot drink . Denise came to my assistance once finished went through all the different mattress, chose one by trying different ones , even got me a decent pillow to try them , I chose the one I wanted and payed which was quick and easy , Denise went through options on extra warranty etc , will be back great service

The assistant, Jannette came and asked what we looking for, showed and explained how to test, find similar types of mattresses gave us a pillow each and left us to test as many beds as we wished. She then returned and asked if we had come to a decision which we had. She then explained everything about the mattress and left us to make our own decision without any obvious pressure. The paperwork was completed without any hitch and delivery arranged.My husband had a lovely cup of coffee. Jannette was very efficient, friendly and helpful at all times. a very pleasant shopping experience

I would definitely recommend the team valley store, staff were lovely and willing to help, had issues at royal quays with the second staff member being quite short with answers to our questions.

We visited the store with a particular bed in mind but no idea which mattress. Jonathon spent lots of time talking through the products and matching them to what we needed. The sale was quick, the staff friendly and the choice was very good.

Very competent staff made it easy

We went in to look at Bunk beds, Gregg came over to greet us and offer his assistance. He gave us all the information we needed and decided to purchase the Erin Bunk bed, and mattress. Gregg was friendly, helpful and we did not feel pressured into buying from the store.

Excellent assistants who had great knowledge and fully understood our requirements. Can't fault them - well done!
