I thought the assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy. The store itself was well laid out with goods.

The bed setee was available in store to see in operation and for us to measure the space required for transition to a bed (the sofa is going in to a small box room). Nothing was too much trouble for the assistant, even though he had to move the whole sofa so that we could see it fully open. We had limited time due to another appointment and the staff made sure that everything was handled quickly and efficiently when we had decided to purchase the sofa.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and I came away feeling that I had found the right bed for me.

I was very pleased with the amount of choice when picking our new mattress, and joanne was very helpful with knowledge of products, and also throughout the ordering process

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, a great range of products, and excellent value for money. On our initial visit, Graham gave us a thorough introduction to the range of products. When we return make our purchases, Denise insisted that we tested the mattresses thoroughly before we made our final choice. One mattress was on offer with a great price reduction.

The lady who helped myself in choosing a bed and my options available was perfect for the occaision. She knew what i needed help with and she retained great knowledge of what i was looking for. She offered beverages while we were looking and setting out the paper work; outlined everything in the paper work and what i needed to know. Overall, great satisfaction of the customer survice i recieved.

The welcome at Dreams was warm and friendly. The selection and floor layout was logical and spacious enough to get around. When you needed help, it was available. I was very pleased to make a decision to purchase here, based on the available stock and friendly advice.

We were greeted in a friendly pleasant manner by Susan as soon as we entered the store. She asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for, then showed us to the kids section and left us to look around without feeling under pressure. Susan promptly answered our questions. On a subsequent visit to the store Susan recognised us and knew which bed we were interested in. When we decided to buy the bed Susan was again very friendly, efficient and professional- and made spending money a pleasant experience!!! We had a lovely coffee and our 8 year old daughter was made to feel included in the process by Susan talking to her and asking her questions - instead of her being ignored, which is what had happened elsewhere!!! Susan and her colleagues were fantastic and an example of top class customer service
