I visited your store looking to buy 2 single mattress, the sales assistant Susan was great

Everyone was very helpful - all you could really want!

I was extremely pleased with my purchase from Dreams. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, starting with excellent service in store from Joanne who knew her stuff and was able to narrow down my choices for me based on what I told her I was looking for. She was not pushy and left me to make my final choice on my own which you don’t often get in stores. I felt very confident I was making the correct purchase thanks to Joanne’s help. The delivery service was excellent and we were kept up to date with delivery times etc all the way through. The delivery guys even put the new mattress on my bed for me and removed all the packaging which was a great help.

from entering the store we felt no pressure and staff were very helpfull but not pushy we left the store and looked elsewhere but had all the experience still fresh in our heads so we returned back to dreams and bought the bed sales assistant very helpfull and helped us also choose to have old bed removed which we prob would of had to leave outside home which dosnt look good again she was very understanding with what we wanted and hot choc was lovely thank u very much for advice and help was a easy relaxed purchase x

On entering the Gateshead store (team valley), Joanne was immediately attentive and enquiried as to whether I needed any help, which I did. Joanne then showed me the bed that I had seen online and then discussed options for mattresses. Excellent friendly customer service throughout visit and eventual purchase.

Had excellent service from Graham, he had a great knowledge of products and gave several choices for both bed and pillows. Most shop railroad you into one product but here was fantastic, no pressure but great advice

i'd been into the store several months ago just to browse the range and found the staff then to be very helpful and not pushy. when we finally got round to actively purchase a bed and new mattress i wanted to come back to Dreams as i'd appreciated the way the staff let me look without jumping on me the minute i walked in the door yet were there for any questions. The store was very neatly laid out and was easy to see the selection. Joanne , our sales girl was very down to earth & friendly. it was pleasant to be offered a hot drink on arrival at the store and she gave us plenty of time to look around. on deciding on a mattress to suit us both she was very knowageable and helped with choosing the correct pillow for us to try each mattress - then left us alone while we decided which one was best for us. I also noted that the staff all seemed to get on well together - was a general good feel to the store which i'm sure helped the atmosphere - all the other shoppers were equally well looked after and was a good vibe throughout the store. well done Team Valley staff! we will certainly consider returning for any future purchases!
