We were taken through all of the options available to us in the store, we were given plenty of time when deciding things. We were also provided with hot beverages which was great on such a wet and grey day! We had everything explained to us from descriptions of matress layers, firmness to importance of trying pillows with different matresses. All the staff we came across were very friendly, helpful and were there to cater for us. Our main sales advisor was Jonathon who took us round the store and helped us to be in a position to make a definitive decision and we were never rushed throughout the whole time we were in there. I am guessing we maybe spent an hour in the store in total. Both me and my partner now feel well informed about modern matresses.

Good range of mattresses available and the salesman was understanding f my needs. Although the item I looked at was expensive, he offered a product which was considerably cheaper as it was a demonstrator model which was perfect. Easy purchase with excellent delivery and disposal of my old mattress despite living some distance from the shop Overall, a very good experience.

We were given good advice and assistance but we’re also given the time to discuss and come to a decision ourselves regarding the right mattress for us. We did not feel rushed or pressure to buy. Very friendly and knowledgeable about products.

Staff were pleasant. I was offered coffee for while I browsed. They weren't too pushy and just let me know they were there if I needed them. Got my order sorted and carried it to the car for me. Good quality product for good price too.
