Everyone we spoke to were very friendly and helpful they gave us time to look around and try all the different mattresses offered us hot drinks and were very helpful when deciding on which mattresses to choose

Joanne was our sales advisor, she was very attentive and spent a good amount time going through our choices and explaining things. She was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

Graham came straight to see us when we walked to ask if we would help and what our requirements were. He then showed us a very good selection for us to try. When we made our selection he was very efficient and informative in completing our order. The atmosphere in the show was warm and friendly.

Jonathan have patient and explain about the bed, colours, like if want drawers etc, as Am Deaf Ask me what date I would like for new single bed to deliver. No problem with him as We write note. Can't wait for new bed on January 8th !

Staff were very helpful and attentive. There was no hard pressure sales just wanted to make sure I was ok in my search for a bed.

I spotted the bed in the window as I was passing. I called in looked at the bed the rest of the shop and came back to the bed. It was what I had been looking for . Susan came over to see if she could help. I said I loved the bed but was not in a position to buy at the present as my bedroom was not finished. She then told me I could delay the delivery up to 3 month. I went home to think about discussed it then called back on the Saturday I located Susan and proceeded to buy the bed after we went over everything again.
