Due to health issues I wanted advice and time to try out the different mattresses before making a purchase, Janette our assistant was very knowledgeable and patient giving us the time we needed to make our choice. She gave us full information about all the different matresses and beds making our choice easier due to being able to try the matresses for comfort and support.

Very good service from Denise, she was friendly, didn’t push a sale and was helpful. We initially walked into the store to buy a mattress topper but after advice from Denise, we ended up coming back into the store a few month later to buy a mattress and 2 pillows!

Denise our salesperson was really helpful. She let us try all the mattresses, gave us pillows and two cups of tea. She also let me use the bathroom as it was a long drive home.

I arrived around 6pm at the store with the intention of purchasing a mattress to take straight away. I was shown my options and invited to test out the mattresses on offer. The service was excellent and the product is very comfortable.
