Thought the customer service was first rate. Was not pressured by the staff on entering store. Was invited to call over 'Denise' if I required any assistance. She was excellent and very knowledgeable on the product.

Your staff were not overpowering us,thay gave us time to look around your store,then approached offering there help. The staff were very knowledgable and fully understood our needs. We were advised on what was on offer and allowed us suffient time to make our decision. Placing the order was very simple and straight forward. Delivery was arranged at a time to suit us. We left your store very pleased and happy we had made the choice to visit your shop. I had looked up your products online before our visit. Would certainly recommend you to friends and family.

The sales advisor-Denise- was extremely helpful in finding out our needs, desires and helped us in making an excellent choice with the products selected. There was no sales pressure, from entering the shop to leaving was a lovely relaxing experience with plenty of advice when requested.

The gentleman named David was very knowledgable about the stores products giving us a better understanding about the type of mattress we wanted.
