Got loads of information about the best mattress and why it would benefit me and my husband, they didn't pressure me into buying one but let me make my own mind up.

We were met by a very friendly lady who asked what we required and then showed us four types of king size bed allowing us to try each one and made constructive comments about the suitability in relation to my two hip implants and my wife's problem leg. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she answered all our questions honestly. She was not pushy and we felt very comfortable with her knowledge about all the beds. Jonathan was extremely helpful with us and understood our needs as my husband has an allergy to dust mites so he pointed us in the direction we required for mattress and pillows.

Excellent customer service, friendly, approachable staff who were understanding of our needs and able to advise accordingly.

Denise was very informative / friendly listened to what my needs were and addressed them appropriately - explained terms and conditions in a very easily manner (no technical jargon used)

The lady that dealt with us was very personable and knowledgeable re the beds and mattresses available. She explained our purchase and product options clearly and in an understandable friendly manner. We were very happy to deal through her, so much so that we intend to return to the store and purchase another mattress for another of our beds. To sum up the store representative was a pleasure to deal with.

Service was excellent, greeted and offered a drink, dshown different alternatives and given entry of time to make decisions.
