On entering the store we were greeted by Rachel. She explained everything we needed to know about the mattress very efficient she was and very friendly. She offered me a coffee and it was a very good cup of coffee I must say.

Joanne, the assistant who dealt with us was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and also gauged very well the level of assistance we required when buying a mattress. She dealt with us with good humour (which suited us well). Very impressed with the range on offer in store.

Susan the store assistant was very helpful showing us the available beds in the style & size we required, she then helped my daughter pick the best matress for her needs

After browsing bedroom furniture in other stores in the area we were immediately impressed by the lay out of Dreams Team Valley and the friendliness of the staff. Once we started to show an interest in a particular range of furniture the salesman Graham came over to chat to us and point out the best way to save us money. We proceeded to place our order and left the store feeling confident we had received the best value for money and exactly what we wanted.

We went into team valley store in Gateshead a lady called Jeanette was so lovely and she went over and above .... very satisfied and we managed to find our dream bed and mattress
