We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome.... Your sales advisor was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements... he was very patient and explained all of our options in great detail... We didn’t plan to visit Dreams, we were heading to Bensons for Beds and only called in on passing... however, we were so impressed with your sales advisor we didn’t even get there and purchased our bed during our first visit to your store... credit to your staff who create a lovely atmosphere whilst browsing your products...

Jonathans knowledge on types of mattresses. He was very patient, pleasant and listened to our needs. He then showed us the various mattresses that would suit us without making things to complicated. The variety and types of mattresses was very good.

Very helpful and friendly staff, when I went in I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for but after spending time talking to a member of staff the decision was easy based on the advice we were give.

The store was well layed out and the staff were friendly and didn’t hesitate to approach offering assistance. Rachel was really friendly and knew what she was talking about. She told us what would be best and let us make the decision from there, the decision didn’t feel forced as sometimes it is when you are put on the spot in similar stores. The payment process was extremely simple and short. Once again Rachel was extremely helpful through this process.

Denise was an absolute angel in assisting us with the right bed and mattress. Her knowledge of the products was excellent and she spent a lot of time going back and forth to the different mattresses so that we could get the right feel. It was a pleasure doing business with her (plus the cappuccino's) and felt really at ease with her. Very friendly and helpful and you can see she obviously takes pride in what she's doing and really seems to enjoy her job. Thank you so much Denise. Mary-Anne and Mark Brett

A nice welcome when we walked into the store. Asked if we required assistance but said we would look around first. When we required assistance it was immediately available. Graham took us through the various options without pressing us and was very helpful in leading us to our decision.
