Staff were quick to offer help. The assistant who looked after me was very knowledgeable and thorough without being pushy. Once I had made m decision the sale went through quickly with really quick delivery date agreed.

Graham was very knowledgeable about the electrically operated beds we were interested in, and wanted us to try them all before making our choice. He explained why we couldn't have a standard double with dual mattresses, and I was able to return home to check that there was room for a 5-foot bed between the fitted wardrobes. The final price was expensive, but we chose the best, and are delighted about the quick delivery time. Graham was also very considerate towards my disabled wife . We were offered drinks, and looked after very well by other staff members too, who were all very friendly and helpful.

I visited the store on Team Valley Trading Estate 'just to look at the Tempur beds and get an idea of prices'. I was greeted by Denise who asked if I needed any assistance, I explained that I was interested in the Tempur beds but I wanted a bit more information on them. She got me to test all five beds and explained how they were all slightly different. I was so interested and impressed that I rang my husband to come to the store. Denise worked her magic so good that we came out of the store with a fantastic new bed with all the works. I would like to thank Denise for her honesty and all her knowledge and her really friendly and helpful personality. The other staff members were also very friendly.

Graham was friendly and professional without being ‘pushy’. He had a really good knowledge of his products and made choosing our mattress so much easier tha we has anticipated. I have already recommended Dreams to a number of friends, and we haven’t even had our delivery yet.
