Our salesman Graham was fabulous. Welcomed us initially giving us time to check out some products before spending 100% attention to us ensuring we chose the mattress of our dreams. Nothing too much trouble offering teas / coffees and making the decision for us a pleasure. He used personal experience which I believe is the best use of information to give to potential customers. The assistant Denise was extremely helpful but not” pushy”, she advised us to try the beds and to go back several times to make sure, we were concerned about height and she went out of her way to measure the height for us base and mattress. We were left to watch the video on the comfortable Tempur bed which eventually we purchased. The overall experience was superb. We are now awaiting delivery in about three weeks and hoping for a good night sleep.
