Denise who was our assistant in store was amazing. Once she had introduced herself to us we were on our journey into the world of beds and fabulous comfort.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was offered a drink and the assistant was efficient and went through all the details to confirm what I had ordered and all necessary information. My assistant was Joanne.

The item we found online was clearly displayed and easy to find. Denise was very helpful without being too pushy. She entertained our 6 and 3 year old girls giving us the opportunity to view the items thoroughly

The sales assistant listened carefully about my partners needs, he got us to try out different beds and listened to feedback then offered alternatives, he was very knowledgable

We went into the store today as was greeted by a lovely lady called Joanne. She listened to what we were looking for and advices us on where to look and helped us choose the right bed and mattress. Took the time to help us and even very friendly with our 1 year old :)
