Graham the assistant who served us could not have been more helpful allowing us to spend nearly 3 hours to make up our minds which mattress would be best suited to our needs. We are OAP's with painful arthritic problems making the choice much more crucial. He served us with coffee 2/3 times which was much appreciated and so we found a very stressful decision - we'd been putting off for so long I might add, much easier. We felt we'd made the right decision in using your store!

Graham the sales man was excellent at his job I highly rate him and would definitely send friends and colleagues to him, well done Graham!!!!

From start to finish I found what I wanted with excellent help from staff.

Janette was very friendly and was helpful in explaining the different types of mattress, but was not pushy. We ended up spending a lot more than we had planned but we were happy with our purchase.

We were welcomed by Graham when we entered the store at Team Valley Gateshead and he was brilliant throughout our time in the store. He helped us and explained everything we needed to know about the products we were looking for.

Assisted by graham as soon as we entered the store - found the exact bed we were looking for and spent time with us looking for the perfect mattress!

Rachel was very helpful and took time to explain the different comfort levels and how to test the beds for the most accurate way of picking our mattress and bed frame. She also advised using the Tempur pod which we did and found it very informative. Rachel made us feel very valued as a customer and offered us a beverage while viewing the mattresses and again when we were placing our order. Another staff member was also very helpful when we were adding extra items of mattress cover fitted sheet cool duvet and pillows to our order sorry I did not catch his name. Overall the experience was very good and we are looking forward to the delivery of our new bed and mattress. Thank you.

When I arrived at Dreams I was greeted by Denise - she was very friendly, bubbly and approachable. She spent a lot of time with me asking appropriate questions to find out what type of bed I was looking for and then remained with me throughout the visit to try out different beds. Her knowledge on the products was fantastic! She was able to find me a great mattress within my budget. I also purchased a mattress protector (never having purchased one before) and insurance due to the explanations provided by Denise of how important these were. She processed my order quickly and when I asked if I could get this delivered in 8 weeks time to link in with my bed being delivered from a different shop, this posed no issue. Through friendly conversation Denise found out I had just moved home and at the end she wished me well which was a lovely thought. I would definitely return - thank you for your lovely service Denise!
