The assistant was appropriately friendly and knowledgeable wthout being 'over the top' or patronising. She was thoughtful of our needs and requirements and gave us confidence in selecting the mattress we needed.

Assistance of jonathan the salesman, initially pointed in the right direction, full explanation of he product, left us to browse the store without being constantly harangued, he was patient and awaited for us to return to hI'm Job well done - pleasant friendly gentleman

The customer service was second to none. Was made to feel extremely comfortable buy staff who we made laugh when asked to lie in bed the way we would usually lie. When i put my leg over my husband they thought this highly amusing. Joanne was very funny which made us feel even more comfortable x

The assistance afforded to us from the shop assistant was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and all questions were answered with very good product knowledge

Susan was extremely knowledgable and friendly, without being overbearing. It was such a long time since we had bought a new bed but she took the time to understand our requirements and explained differences, costs etc in full.

The dreams store is a very well displayed and bright store, it has very knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to help you with every problem you have with making your right choice of bedroom furniture. You actually feel like you are being helped to make the right decision for you, by someone who actually knows they’re job fully, inside and out! There is no question too large or too small and Iff the staff are not sure of the answer, they go out of their way to find out for you and they let you know the answer.

Rachel, who assisted us, was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She understood our needs and was excellent from start to finish. She was helpful without being pushy.

The dreams store I visited is a very bright and clean store with very knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to help you as much as they can. Actually I left the shop after ordering my bed extremely happy with the experience I had just received!
