I found Susan extremely knowledgeable pleasant and very patient . Took time to listen to my needs and explained why I would find different mattresses the most helpful. My nephew and I were immediately offered tea or coffee as soon as we expressed interest in looking around.Everything was explained in detail as to delivery etc

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to what we wanted and took his time with us to ensure that we got exactly what we needed. He was great with helping us choose our beds for our daughters. He gave us a good price range and it didn’t feel like he was trying to oversell but that he really cared we got what we needed. Excellent customer service!

Staff were attentive and knowledgeable but most importantly we were not pressured.

As soon as i entered the store i was greeted and to be made very welcome by Rachel whom i told what i was looking for and she went through allthe options. I was left to browse but never felt alone other staff were on hand not to pester or hassle just to make surei was clear on my purchase .Fantastic knowledgeable staff , Manager Greame was great and friendly also his staff are a credit to the store and the company , all in all a fantastic experience.

We were greeted as soon as we entered Dreams, asked exactly what we were after, and were then taken to the correct mattresses and beds accordingly. We were looked after, given specific pillows for beds and overall had a fantastic experience. We bought the bed on the day.

Jeanette was absolutely lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and professional at the same time, she made us so welcome and at ease whilst we were trying out the comfort of the beds on offer.

Joanne was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

This is the 3rd mattress i have bought from Dreams and would certainly go back. The cuatomer service has always been excellent from Joanne she has a friendly manner, has good lnowledge about the products and will csrtaibly go back to her again in the future.
