All went well friendly staff

Your colleague Susan was really very helpful and answered all of our questions satisfactorily. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us the different alternatives. We then asked her to let us look around the store wh I h she did after giving us a cup of coffee. We made our minds up about 2 similar beds and then asked her for more information about them. Having got the information we needed we then made our mind and made the purchase. I was highly satisfied with attention as received as I dont like sales people following me about while trying to make up my mind about which product to buy. She got it right.

Graham was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right mattress for us as i have 2 prolapsed discs and need lots of support from a mattress. He was attentive but not overbearing and the latte was lovely!

The assistant susan who was very helpful gave us all the information that we required and then left us to try the particular beds we were interested in. When we required further information she was on hand to help us. Ocerall a good experience

Dave who helped us was friendly, knowledgable, very helpful and gave us pillows to use similar to the ones we use at home. We were allowed plenty of time to try the mattresses as often as possible. There was no pressure to make a purchase, he was more interested in getting the correct mattress for our needs, and provided us with all of the relevant information for us to make an informed decision. He even suggested cheaper mattresses with similar composition and allowed us to make the decision that was right for our needs.

We felt that our sales adviser Rachel was very friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Her product knowledge was great and ensured we were able to make an informed decision.

The sales assistant was very friendly and asked us questions about our visit to the store and explained to us the different mattresses she then let us have a look around the store on our own and we knew if we needed her help to come and see her

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful without pushing too hard for a sale.
