Quick and straightforward purchase with very knowledgable and friendly staff.

Danielle was really helpful and first measured us using the inflatable bed machine, then showed us around quite a few matresses to try, aswell as trying multiple different pillows until we picked out the ones we found most comfortable, we didn't really know what the differences were or what we were really looking for but Danielle seemed to know everything and was easily able to answer any questions we had.

I would highly recommend Dreams because of the virtual bed recommendation and the Assistant was very patient with her time whilst I made up my mind on a mattress. The delivery guys were great, I live in a building 13 floors high with parking restrictions at times and they did very well . I'm now in bed on my new mattress and about to go to sleep 😀. Thanks.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived into store by Andrew. Being offered a drink was much appreciated having come straight from work. Andrew was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I explained that I had seen a bed frame on the Dreams website, as soon as I explained what it was like, Andrew knew which one it was and took us straight to it. There was a lovely, relaxed atmosphere in the store and it wasn't a pushy sales environment. My partner has trouble sleeping and Andrew was helpful and patient - we had the opportunity of using the machine that tells you which bed is best for you and Andrew carefully explained all options and gave us the opportunity to try the different types of mattresses. I think the safety precautions are great with the pillows and coverings so you feel really relaxed trying out the beds. The screens and face coverings and sanitiser around the shop helped too. Everything was carefully explained and it took about an hour and 15 minutes in total, great for us. We knew exactly which bed we wanted and mattress in the end and the process of purchasing the bed was made easier, having the 0% interest free credit option too.

We were served by a very courteous Andrew (Drew) he's an asset to your Team Valley Store. He took his time to explain your sleep monitor then show us the results and products which matched. The most important and impressive thing for me was that he was not pushy, especially when I said I would like to take time over my decision he wrote everything I needed to know on a card and invited me to come back when we were ready. It was actually this approach why I came back the following and placed my order.
