Janette was extremely accommodating. She offered us coffee and assisted us but still gave us space to browse and make our decision. When she gave me the delivery date and I asked her to make it sooner, her and her colleague went out of their way to assist and move the delivery date forward. They were both very willing which was refreshing, as well as creative in how they managed to get our bed delivered sooner. They simply offered me an alternative product.

We were served by a lady called Janette who showed us all your range of products in our price range. Very knowledgeable about your products. Shop was nice and clean and other members of staff smiled as we walked passed. We also went to a branch of Bensons for Beds on the same day, no staff on the shop floor only 1 girl sitting at a desk who only acknowledged us when we approached her. Very good experience at your store hence you got the order.

The area around the beds was very clean Susan the sales advisor asked us what we wanted and she gave us 3 options to try,she was very informative about the mattresses and she spoke very well about the products,she is a very nice lady and was much better than the staff at Bensons for beds.

I was greeted by very polite staff who made my purchase friendly, quick and easy.

Friendly staff and they were extremely helpful. Very good range of mattresses and bed frames. Ample free parking.

Graham was very friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable and we left feeling like we had got the right products at a good price. Excellent service all round.

The assistant, Graham, couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't sure what we really needed but his knowledge of the products and understanding what products would be best suit us made the process very easy and stress free.
