Very knowledgable and helpful staff who took time and had patience to pleasantly answer all of my questions.

Susan, the colleague, was very pleasant, attentive and helpful . She understood my wife and my needs in plcking the correct mattress for the bed frame which we had already chosen. Nothing was a problem to her.

Good service, not too pushy and was able to guide the visit as we weren't too sure on what we were looking for. Rachel was very friendly and polite which made the shopping experience more enjoyable (or as enjoyable as it can be).

Today we visited dreams at Team Valley, entering the store not having any knowledge of what we wanted, what type we would like and how much we wanted to spend. Denise was brilliant, she took us through all different types of mattresses. Having patience with us been indecisive. Once we liked one specific type she took narrowed it down and discussed the options and deals. Very helpful and we are looking forward to a comfortable sleep!

assistance was readly available with good knowledge of the product, the staff were polite and helpful.

Seemed to want to help and understand what we were after rather than just show us what they wanted to sell regardless of need like many if your competitors in the past.

As we entered the shop Denise ask us if we needed help. There after she became invaluable to us. Her product knowledge was outstanding and her understanding of allowing a person to choose a bed/mattress was phenominal. We were allowed to take our time and was advised to keep trying the beds until we were completely satisfied. She even advised us on the best pillow to use nothing was too much trouble for her. I was totally comfortable as she was highly professional yet very friendly a fantastic combination. Thank you Denise for being there.
