Dreams - Gateshead

Denise was superb, she took great care of us (she gave our little one a drink and some biscuits) and got us a great deal for exactly what we need. We didn’t feel ‘sold’ to at any point in the process, it was genuine help.

Graham was there to help when we needed it and allowed us to browse the shop floor without following us about that you get in other stores. He showed us where he would be if we needed anything or to answer any questions.

I was warmly greeted as I entered the store and asked if I needed assistance, when I described what I was looking for the assistant (Janette) took me directly to a range of beds and mattresses to consider. She explained in detail what I needed to consider in choosing a mattress and at no time did I feel it was all about trying to get me to spend on the most expensive item. Eventually when we sat down to undertake the order I was asked again if I would like a tea, coffee, water etc. I was advised about deals on bedding and did in fact purchase a new quilt. All in all a successful shopping trip, this is in fact the third bed I have bought at this location of Dreams and have always had a great experience. I also arranged to have my bed stored until I was ready for delivery and collect my old bed and mattress. Excellent service across the board.

Very knowledgeable member of staff helped us . She concidered our needs to help us choose the perfect mattress . She gave us a range of price varieties too .

It's been the first time I have shopped at dreams and I was very happy with the service Graham was very kind and caring and very helpful he offered us refreshments and we will no bother to him very helpful excellent service would shop there again and I will tell friends and family great service overall.

The assistant Janette was very helpful & friendly. What we liked about our experience was the staff were not pushy at all. Extra bonus was the cup of tea & latte we got whilst completing the forms.

Friendly staff, offered drinks, made my young son happy with crayons and paper to draw on. Didn’t feel pressured to buy or choose anything more expensive.

We came in like 30 minutes before closing but Jonathan and David helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We'd been to at least 5 different mattress stores so it was a relief to have such great customer service and choice.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and listened to our needs without being pushy.
