We arrived at store and was greeted by Denise who pointed us to the type of beds we were looking for. She explained the pricing structure and left us to view - which I was so impressed with as I didn't feel any pressure from her. We asked her back to give us a complete price whereupon she recommended that we try several mattresses, bringing us pillows so we could try it correctly. Once we made a decision, we left the store to shop around. We returned 20 minutes later and was pleased Denise was free. She made me a coffee and offered my children a drink. She checked stocks and delivery dates and ran through all of the process and paperwork. She was so polite and kind throughout, with outstanding customer service.

Denise was exceptionally friendly and helpful and was doing her best to go between customers as she was the only member of staff on at the time. Product range was good and the colour code system was explained so we knew which we were best looking at and appropriate for our needs.

Today we came to browse in store for a new mattress as my partner suffers from a bad back and our current mattress just wasn't right. We were grested with a warm welcoming smile from Graham who offered us assistance straight away. I suffer from slight anxiety I'm busy places and instantly felt at ease and not under pressure to buy. Graham was so helpful and his knowledge was amazing, little did I know your pillow plays huge part in your sleep until he explained the importance and guided us around the shop trying different styles of mattresses to suit us both. Finally upon deciding on the right one for us we felt no pressure at all to buy there and then however we couldn't not when he told us the amazing price, we were offered hot drinks and Graham chatted away as we completed the paperwork!

We used the new bed system to review suitable mattresses - saved a lot of time trying more beds than we needed. Graham was really helpful, friendly and not pushy.

The team were very helpful, patient and informative. They took their time to listen to my requirements and offered a variety of products based on the information I provided.

Graham the sales guy was very friendly and informative. We weren’t looking to buy straight away prior to going into the store but with his expert help and professionalism my wife and I were very impressed so decided to go ahead on our visit.

Myself and partner have recently bought our first home which means it is also the first time we have bought a mattress the process would have been daunting if not for dreams. Our assistant Lauren was fantastic she spent hours with us establishing what mattresses would be right for us and being extremely patient whilst we tried the recommended mattresses over and over again. Her knowledge was was great and she really helped make a difficult descison fun. We left very happy about our choice and the service we received it has made our house purchase that little more less stressful and we can’t wait to get our very first mattress. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for a mattress in the future.
