Went in and was approached straight away, and because we knew what we wanted there was no wasting time. We wanted a memory foam mattress on the day to throw in the car. Originally was going to shop around but Annette was lovely and because the one we wanted was in our price range we got it then and there. We asked which mattresses were in stock and ready to go and she took us around the store and displayed the ones inside of the price range which helped massively. We were window shopping pillows and quilts but she was very thorough with her open questioning and wejust took them directly with yourselves anyways, felt she deserved the sale (work in sales myself, she did good)

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. The lady was very friendly and helped me the whole time I was in store. She recommended products that would help with my bad joints.

Pleasantly welcomed to the store good choice of beds the patience and the knowledge of the sales team when explaining the differences of mattress with tea and coffee offered😊. Also showed different products to accompany the sale of our mattress.

From entering the store, I was helped and advised by Denise. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in store. She explained the ordering and delivery process very well after i’d acquired the bed and mattress. Overall the experience of finding and purchasing a bed was a lot less stressful then I thought it would be thanks to Denise. Would definitely recommend. Thanks
