The staff looked after us well, helped us find a mattress to suit us, he was patient while we decided and whilst we went back and forth to each mattress.

Friendly and professional service by Denise. She offered her professional opinion on what would be best for us and it was an overall positive experience.

The customer service advisor Denyse was extremely friendly, very knowledgable and took the te we needed to make our decision. Even our 7 year old son said what a lovely lady she was. Fantastic customer service, im a retail manager myself and her level of friendliness, engagement amd product knowledge was just brilliant.

The staff at Dreams Team Valley Gateshead are certainly the Dream Team. From walking through the door the warm and friendly greeting was outstanding. We were in no way pressured by the staff. We were advised to try the computerised bed then shown what was recommended. While talking with Andria we were amazed at her incredible knowledge of your products when she is only three weeks into her probationary trial. She is certainly an asset to your company. All of the staff we met were brilliant, the store manager and all the staff seem to have a very good working relationship which makes shopping there so much easier. The offer of a drink was very much appreciated. We can’t wait to take delivery of our bed and have every confidence it will be as comfortable as the one my father purchased from the same shop. Well done to all the staff especially Andria and we will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for a new bed.
