We arrived into toy store welcomed by a lovely lady called Janet who directed to a bed that tells you what type of bed you require for your sleep which helped me and my partner loads as we did not know what type of bed to have

The use of the technology and the professionalism of the assistant made selecting the right mattress at the right price very. There was no sales pressure, just the right level of professional help.

Andrea the advisor in the Gateshead branch was extremely helpful and listened to our needs and gave great recommendations, made us feel at home and even made us a cup of tea. She was professional and courteous thoughout and we never felt pressured to purchase anything.
