Didn't think choosing a mattress could be such a pleasant experience. After being approached by a lovely member of staff called Denise I was directed to a piece of high tech equipment which when laid on worked out which mattresses I would be best suited by. After narrowing down the shortlist with the help of Denise's expert knowledge I found the perfect one for me. Full marks to Denise for her warm, friendly and very helpful manner. I would recommend anyone near the Team Valley branch wanting bedroom products to seek her out. I'll be back soon for my twins bunk beds.

We were taken back, with the technology used to find the right mattress and the way the assistant explained exactly what its purpose was for, we also found that , she was not at all pushy and was always trying to fulfil our needs first, this made the experience stress free, i would highly recommend, family and friends not just to visit dreams but to request the same sales person i.e Rachel . A great asset for your company . Thank you

Our assistant Andria was very attentive and listened to what was said. She acknowledged us when we first went into the store and asked if we needed help and I said I would like to just take a look around first. She obviously had very good people skills and only came over to us when she saw us pondering and enquired if we would like to get analysed on the mattress machine newly acquired which could help us work out both our mattress needs. It was amazing and Andria very kindly took us around to try out the suggested mattresses until we found the ideal one suited to both my husband and myself. Andria was very informed about the products and as this was such a big purchase for us she did not rush us in any way. We are delighted with our purchase and looking forward to taking a quick delivery on the 28th of this month.

Went into store with an idea of what we wanted and Rachel took that into consideration and showed us a few options. She also helped with deciding on the colour of the bed frame to fit our bedroom. Excellent customer service!
