I normally hate going into furniture shops because you get harrased by the sales team. When I walked into Dreams I was welcomed by staff I walked past and Jonathan introduced himself and stated that he was there if we needed any assistance or further information regarding the beds. This was a much more approachable attitude to what I have experienced in other shops. I hate being pressured into buying things but because of the way the staff approached me I was much more willing to spend my money in the shop.

Denise the sales advisor was especially helpful during our visit. We were unsure what we wanted however Denise showed us and explained our options without any pressure. A positive experience and as i told Denise a more positive experience than local competition. Thank you

We were left alone but made aware that there would be someone available when we required assistance. When we were ready we had an assistant who made us aware of what was available and used our information to get us a selection of mattresses to try. We were then given good guidance of how to compare one mattress to the other. No pressure just good knowledge was passed on.

The member of staff (Andria) was knowledgable about the products, she was very attentive and had a good understanding of my mother’s needs. My mother is profoundly deaf and has mobility issues. We did not feel rushed and Andria talked clearly to my mother to help her understand what product would be best for her. Overall an excellent experience.
