Very pleasant and helpful service from Rachel, who offered us tea or coffee on arrival and gave very useful product information but also left us alone to browse without being overly attentive. Made to feel very comfortable with clear explanations of our returns options should we not be fully satisfied with our choices. Definitely recommended.

As we entered the store we were approached by a sales assistant Andria, she was amazing from start to finish, understood exactly what we wanted, we tried many beds but settled on the best you had in the store A* service

The member of staff Andria was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very professional She made the whole experience very pleasant even for a bloke who hates shopping

Once I stated to the assistant what I was looking for, I was given plenty of advice about the options available to my specific needs. I have a health problem so I feel the advice given to me was very beneficial to making my purchase. The sales assistant was very informative and helpful about the products available and without the knowledge of this, you are more likely to go and purchase an item that could be most unsuitable. Thank you again for a lovely and hospital service whilst in store, I was even offered some light refreshments...Lovely.

Fab service, friendly staff, no pushy sales or trying to upsell line in other stores I had visited. I had looked in most other bed stores (I don't have a Dreams nearby), but hadnt found what I was looking for, not only did I find it in Dreams but it was at a great price. Despite it nearing store closing time I did not feel rushed, I was offered a drink and the finance and delivery options were fully explained to me. Fully satisfied and will return when I next need a bed!

Jonathan was really friendly and there was no sales pressure at all like with normal stores. He did not try and sell us the most expensive bed in the store but instead listened to our requirements and helped us to make the right purchase for us within our budget.

Graham was extremely helpful. Provided just the right level of service, gave great advice and was never pushy. Very polite and professional
