The assistance was great, Graham was very helpful, upbeat and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and was very patient. Explained the benefits of the beds recommended by the test. I actually only went to buy a frame but ended up getting the right mattress too. Great customer service!

Great shop lots on offer never been before staff Andria very informative as shoppping for a bed and mattress for 13 year old she explained why not to buy a certain one and advised a better alternative for a great price and offered us the best coffees I have whilst out shopping.

It is difficult for us to buy a mattress due to health issues. Jonathan took time to understand our needs and recommended suitable products so that time wasn't wasted trying products. He was extremely helpful but knew when to step back to allow my husband the time to try matresses.
