We were highly satisfied with our visit to dream today, thanks to the help of Denise and her professional knowledge in helping us choose our dream bed. Denise was extremely friendly as well as professional! Thank you Denise!

Me and partner went into Dreams looking for a TV bed. Denise was extremely helpful. She talked us through the differences between the TV bed that they have and also showed us which mattress was the best one for us. When ordering our bed there was an issue with the system and our bed couldn't be found. Denise and the manger had to put through an upgraded bed on the order and stated that if they are unable to order the one we went then we will get the upgraded bed at the same price as the one we want. We were extremely happy with the service we received and we would definitely shop with you again.

Visited the store at team valley trading est ,was help by Denise who was very friendly and helpful, explained everything, plus made my daughter, granddaughter and myself a hot drink, nothing was to much trouble.looking forward to getting my lovely new bed .

Greeted straight away by a experienced,friendly staff member, service was quick and unfloorable. I ever sat with a lovely latte from a member of staff so the level of comfort I felt whilst picking my bed was second to none.

The assistant Andrea was very patient with us and gave us good advice.

I went into the store just to have a browse and get an idea of prices and was approached by Graham who was so helpful and showed me to the machine which helps you know what kind of mattress you need. He then showed me all the mattresses that were suitable and as I was on a budget he showed me all the special offers, not just the most expensive items. He wasn’t pushy like some salesman so I went away and came back a few days later with my partner to see him. We both then used the machine to find a suitable mattress and were then shown all the options again together. He had a lot of knowledge about the mattresses and how your body and spine should be while sleeping. He then helped us with what type of pillows we should be using and we ended up ordering a mattress and pillows from him. He was very helpful and I would definitely return to that store.
