We thought the customer service was the best we have had in a long time, And that was down to Denise & Graham your sales staff.

We are extremely satisfied with the service we have received from Graham, he was very friendly and helpful. Graham knows his job extremely well he listened to what we wanted and to our concerns and was able to provide us with a perfect mattress to suit our needs and pillows. He spent a lot of time with us to make sure we are happy with the purchase and it’s tailored to our aches and pains. Graham was patient and welcoming he is an assets to your company and deserves recognition.

I didn’t intend to buy a mattress on Sunday,although I do need one but the salesman was great and didn’t hover just let me get on with trying the mattresses. He told me stuff I never thought I need to know about mattresses.

Customer service advisor was extremely kind and give time and patience with serving us as we had a small baby. Quick and straight to point with our needs but informative at same time. Exactly what was needed. So pleasant and friendly. Didn't offer any discounts at the store which I thought was strange for a summer sale though

Denise approached us as we were browsing the beds and was very friendly and knowledgeable about beds and mattresses, and very importantly was not at all pushy or going for a sale. she talked to us about our sleeping patterns and asked if we had any physical problems when we affirmed this she suggested we try the machine to get the right mattress for both of us. this we did and we were very surprised at the amount of information it provided which then allowed Denise to make suggestions about what mattresses were suitable for us and let us try them, which resulted in us making a purchase. an excellent service and staff are a credit to your company

Overall excellent experience from start to finish Jonathon who dealt with us was very professional and had a very good knowledge on what products suited our needs and budget

The branch manager Dave remembered us from 3 years ago when we bought a tv bed from you. That is impressive considering how many people he must of seen over them three years.
