The staff were very friendly from the onset, no one pestered you in to looking at something you didn't want to. The lady who helped us on arrival really knew what we were looking for and helped us to the best of her ability.

The lady dealing with me, was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and was very interested in who I was and what bed and mattress was best for me.

We were given an excellent service by the staff, who took her time to talk through the merits of different products and showed us a wide range of options whilst also taking the time to explore and understand our specific needs

Graham spent the time to show me around and was excellent in picking the right bed and mattes for me

When we're entered the store we were greeted by Susan, who was not pushy , which made me feel ease ease. She was very noliagable about the products and our needs and was very helpful in helping us select our new bed and mattress.

We always wanted a super king size bed we love them on holiday we passed the dreams store lon the team valley trading estate we just wanted to have a look then we could not resist the bed we seen it was the best one in store and very expensive to us we can't wait for delivery thank you dreams team

Graham was very helpful and filled us with confidence with his knowledge and advice
