I was met by Andrea as I walked into the shop who was very pleasant and welcoming. Nothing was a problem for her and she worked to get what I needed. She explained about the different types of mattresses and bases. She also put me on the Dreams mattress finder to find the exact mattress for me. During the ordering stage she was very efficient and we moved through this stage without much effort needed. Andrea also asked me on numerous occasions if I would like a tea or coffee. Andrea is a very knowledgeable employee and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.
