Greeted as we entered the shop and receieved all the help we needed in choosing a mattress

The staff made us comfortable, they listened to our wants and need, the knowledge of the staff was great and the time they gave us without been pushy was good

Jonathan was very knowledgeable and sorted out the problem straight away

Dani was amazing, provided excellent customer service and helped us pick the perfect mattress for us. Went above and beyond providing refreshments and offered some to take away with us if we wanted. Excellent sales assistant, polite and friendly. No pressure and honest

This was our first visit to a Dreams store we went to Team Valley and we were given a warm welcome from Zoe. We wanted to buy a mattress and explained to her what we required and she asked us if we would like to try this computerised bed I can’t remember what it was called but it is a great idea when the bed had take various measurements it then gave us a choice of different mattresses. Zoe had good knowledge of all of the products and spent time telling us about each one she then gave us a little time alone to make our choice. What I especially liked was that there was no pressure sales. We ended up purchasing a tempur mattress and can’t wait for it to be delivered. Thank you Zoe.

Sue was brilliant. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was not able to offer us a good deal when we first went into the store but telephoned was as soon as a deal was available and we completed the transaction at that point. Very helpful
