we were given a chance to try the products on offer and used the new bed that fined which bed is best for our needs

Denise at Retail World, Team Valley is a very good saleswoman. From entering the store it was like we were taken on a roller coaster ride and at the end of it spent nearly £3000 on a bed. That is good 'sales work'. We came out thinking 'what have we just done'. However, I love the Tempur pillow, and I hope our new bed will be just as good.

Very professional service provided the minute i walked into the store. Every question i asked was answered and have very friendly staff too.

Graham was very thorough yet did not attempt to pressure sale the product, an approach which we hold in high regard. He patiently discussed our options and 'walked' us through the choices available. We liked the scientific approach to comfort and the opportunity to try the mattresses matching our support requirements (including pillows). Graham was professional and courteous and warmly welcomed us, Unphased by our questions even though we changed our choice of products and design.

Very knowledgeable staff- Denise was clear and her customer service was excellent. She made us feel at ease and guided us through each step of the journey!

we were impressed by the comfort machine that gave advice based on our sleeping positions as well as pressure points .Denise the sales assistant was very patient and informative while we tested numerous beds gradually eliminating one after another by retesting and comparing .even though we didn,t quote a budget she kept updating us the cost of our selections at the end of the sale gave my wife and i a big hug

Denise The assistant was very good she knew whT she was talking about and was able to suggest things I hadn’t thought of.

The sales adviser was very knowledgeable, took his time to understand what we wanted and spent time helping us select products that were right for both of us.
