Sales lady Susan very knowledgable and the right mix of helpful but not pushy. Listened to what you wanted then made suggestions. She is a fantastic member of your team and if you have a system of rewarding staff for going above and beyond then Susan totally deserves this. We were visiting my daughter in Newcastle and had no intention of buying a bed that day as we live in the Midlands however found Susan so helpful decided to purchase then.

The woman who helped me find my perfect matress was brilliant. Diane at the Team Valley shop was extremely friendly, extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and I truly felt like she wanted me to buy the best matress for me at a price I could afford. She is a fantastic worker and I felt in safe hands when making a purchase that can be daunting and pricey!

Wonderful experience, not pushed into buying anything and NOT followed around the store, which is a bonus !

The salesman - Graham - was very attentive and explained the process to us. We were allowed all the time we needed to try all the options and he helped us to come to the right decision for us. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

We were thoroughly impressed with our trip to Dreams. We were greeted at the team valley store by Graham and made to feel welcome. We were then shown the sleep analyser machine to give us a medical ‘diagnosis’ of which mattress would suit us best. After this, we were given pillows and shown around mattresses in our prize range. We did not once feel pressured to go above our price range but were also shown the wide range of products available.

Graham the assistant was very informative and very pleasant to talk to gave me lots of information on each bed that was tried the rest of the staff where very friendly and the shop was spotless and easy access around the shop
