Dreams - Gateshead

The store assistant met our needs and was very helpful, informative and patient.

The consultant was very helpful, Rachel came over to assist when were first arrived at the store. Rachel gave is lots of helpful information about the various mattress. Rachel then left us and gave us time to browse, I like this as I think there is nothing worse than been pestered and pushed into something. I have bought beds from Dreams before and have been very satisfied.. I will return later in the year as I will be needing another one. I would give Rachel 10/10. She was friendly without going too far.

When we entered the store and started browsing we were approached by Denise who asked if we required help - she was very friendly , approachable and pleasant. We were not rushed at any time and could take our time trying different mattresses until we were certain we knew what we wanted.

From entering the store I found the layout very tidy and immaculately clean, the staff were very helpful, courteous, and pleasant.

The assistant who took me around the various beds(Denise) was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Dreams to any of my friends.

Denise who served us was amazing we never felt rushed . And took the time to give us lots of options. She was kid funny caring and made to hole experience a pleasure. She is an asset to you company.
