Dreams - Gateshead

As we entered the shop we were advised by the lady in the shop about the products we were looking for. We liked that we could try all mattress based on the sleeping test. The seller was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Very Attentative Assistant Denise. No pressure - given lots of time to test products; shown various choices; patient, knew her stuff and give plenty of info.

We were served by Susan and her patience and understanding towards my 84 yr old disabed father was excellent . He wasnt pressurised at all into the sale. she explained everything simply for him to understand and demonstrated how the beds worked simply. Excellent customer service .very relaxed.

When we entered the store the store assistant Graham very politly introduced himself, however no forced sales at all, left us to have a browse at the products and said please make me aware when we were ready to discuss our needs. Graham was very knowlegable and new how to identify our needs and how important a bed is towards our health. The store had an excellent selection of overall product, we were both scanned on some new form of technology to identify what type of mattress we needed, once this was done Graham spent about one hour with us both to try about five different mattresses that were selected as a result of the scan. He also identified the correct pillow for us both, we have never had this type of service when buying a product, well done Graham.

Called previously on my own and was given very helpful advice by Graham. Decided to call back with my wife and explained our requirements and were then tested on the clever bed to establish what type of mattress would best suit us. Graham was extremely helpful and courteous and spent as much time as we needed and was full of helpful advice on mattresses and other useful products

I was very impressed with my visit, the staff were excellent, made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my purchase, I was offered a drink and a seat and the lady serving me took time to listen to my requirements and needs and then helped me to find the best option for me

Andria was the perfect salesperson. She helped us from the moment we walked in the store to the moment we left and we couldn't have been happier with her service. It was honestly her high level of customer service and support that got us over the line to buy a mattress and pillow. We had a cup of coffee and hot chocolate which were delicious. We used the sleep machine which perfectly identified the right mattress for us. Thank you Dreams!
