The assistant was polite friendly and listened to what we were looking for. He showed us a variety of options and price ranges and let us decide which we wanted.

The customer Services was just absolutely fantastic the lady was generous, kind, great to talk to and extremely helpful, I have not 1 bad word to say.

The store was bright and welcoming the staff were friendly and approachable. Very knowledgeable and helped to get the best deal for my budget.

SALESPERSON GRAHAM :We used the machine to determine which bed would suit our needs .Based on the results we tried the 4 recommendations before deciding on our choice Obviously we tried other beds outside this choice before deciding We were left alone to decide on our choice .Graham checked on availability and was able to give some discount on the price he explained delivery dates and guarantee along with trail period if mattress didn't suit

Store had good selection of mattresses to chose from well laid out and all available to try Our selected item was able to be tried without hassle and help of salesperson guided use to type of mattress we needed

Product knowledge was good Everything was explain very good

The staff could not have been nicer, more helpful or more knowledgable. I had a short amount of time, a clear idea of white I needed and it all went through in less than ten minutes and is being delivered next week- I’m delighted.
