I was given an excellent service from your assistant andrea she was so helpful with all my needs and helped me choose the correct bed thank you

Andrea was very easy to be with and obviously knows her products. She was not pushy but managed to draw us into a sale without going to a second store to make comparisons, as was our plan. I was in sales for 40 years until retirement and I would have had Andrea on my team any time. She is an asset to your company.

We were not rushed into our decision. Time was spent making sure we got the right product for our needs st the best price.

We had a great time felt welcome and valued by Graham he did a great job was happy and helpful great with the kids Understood our needs and his products and was patent and not pushy a credit to the store. Good service, plenty of choices. Salesman was willing to spend time whilst not being too pushy for a sale. The electronic mattress testing was fun.

Buying a new bed and mattress is a daunting task as it’s so important to get the right one for your needs. I was tested on a machine to check which mattress would be best for me giving me numerous options which I tried and found what was just right. I was looked after by Andrea at the Team Valley Store in Gateshead and although I was in the store for a great deal of time I never once felt rushed into my decision or that I was wasting time and was given superb advice instilling so much confidence in my purchase. Thank you Andrea for such an easy purchase which I had been dreading.
