Quick service by Graham. We were only in store 3 minutes before he approached us and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Service was fast and efficient which is what we needed as we had our 10 month old son with us.

We were greeted immediately on arrival by bethany who did her utmost to help us and understand our needs. She patiently went through our choices with no hurry at all or pushing for a sale .A very helpful pleasant member of your sales team.

I was very satisfied due to the help and knowledge of the sales advisor Denise, she was so friendly and upbeat, when looking for a mattress i had no idea where to start, Denise found us our perfect one and now i can't wait for it to be delivered.

Walked into shop and was immediately greeted by Graham who was kind and approachable. He asked us exactly what we wanted set us up on the machine and got us the product to fit us. He tried and tested at lot of different products found out what we liked and didn’t like. He didn’t try to take us over our budget and kept us on track. He was very considerate and knew exactly what to recommend with a very good knowledge of the products in store.

Denise was very helpful and took plenty of time to help us make our purchase. We came in for a little look around and came away with the bed best we could afford. Looking forward to our first night's sleep in it !

Can honestly say this is the best customer service I've ever experienced. Graham showed me the technology in which my back and sleeping patterns were measured, which then recommended a medium to firm mattress and showed me the options in my price range. He wasnt too pushy, was really friendly, and made what could have been a boring 2 hour task last around 30 minutes and I ended up purchasing the mattress.

Graham at Team Valley store couldn't of been more helpful when helping us choose our first bed together the time and effort he put in to helping wasn't to be faulted. We're so happy with our new bed and will definitely be recommending Dreams to our family and friends.
