The staff were lovely and friendly and the shop had a lot of availability to choose from

Andria was very friendly and very helpful. We didn't know where to start as it is the first bed we have had to buy in our first house. Andria greeted us with a smiley face and let us use the sleep match machine which was very impressive. We were shown a number of options and picked the one we liked most. The service was very quick and delivery options great. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

from the moment we entered the store, sales assistant Graham was most helpful and really seemed interested in getting the product we wanted exactly right.

I was assisted by Jonathan who had very good knowledge of the products and showed me several options for what I was looking for.

We visited 2 stores, a few days earlier we stopped at portrack lane to browse and the staff were amazing, I only didn’t buy as needed to measure my room. The information they gave me made it easy as when we went to team valley I knew everything I needed. They were then great at helping us find a mattress to go with it

We only popped in for a look however the friendliness, expertise and knowledge that we received was second to none, Denise the sales lady was extremely helpful, she took a great amount of time in helping and advising us on finding the correct mattress for us! Denise also gave us time to decide for ourselves if we were happy with the mattress we decided upon. Denise also ensured that we were 100% happy with the choice made and explained the cost, plans available and also the offers that were available at that time. We are very happy with the service we received and would most definitely recommend Dreams and that they speak to Denise, thank you!

Extremely knowledgeable customer service. Time taken so that we could choose the mattress that is best for our needs. Colleague used pressure point machine and asked relevant question to establish what kind of mattress would be best for us.
